Monthly Marketing Update
- May 2016

Hi ,

'Tis the season of Galas and Auctions. Our team was honored to be a part of the Parkinson's Resource of Oregon event, the Elders In Action event earlier this month, and the recent Alzheimer's Network's Affair to Remember - make sure to check out posts and pics on social media. One big event still lies ahead... the Alzheimer's Association Memories in the Making Art Auction this Friday the 13th. It is wonderful to see how our industry comes together to support the families we serve.

Memories in the Making

Join us for an evening of art, food, fun, and a silent auction highlighting the Alzheimer's Association Memories in the Making program.

300+ attendance expected for cocktails, seated dinner, art, and silent auction.

Proceeds go to support the Alzheimer’s Association Memories in the Making (MIM) Program. The local program works to pair trained art facilitators with people who have Alzheimer’s in an effort to help them find comfort, achievement, and accomplishment while living with memory loss. MIM gives people with dementia the ability to paint their thoughts, emotions, and memories so that art becomes their voice.

Buy your tickets now - (space is limited and will sell out at 300)

Nuggets of Knowledge-
"Creativity Takes Courage"- Henri Matisse

Creativity and innovation doesn't happen in a vacuum. It takes a lot of courage to step outside the box, feel the fear, and do it anyway. It takes the courage to be different, to be new, to be judged, and to be wrong. It is easy to recognize our successes, but we should also recognize the courage behind the vision (successful or not.)
