"Downsizing, Bigger is Not Always Better"
For seniors downsizing, the kids may have left the nest decades ago, it’s hard to keep up with the yard, and the steps up to the second floor are now a hassle.

It’s time to right-size into a smaller home to improve and broaden your lifestyle.  But, downsizing your home can be hard!  We often see our things as irreplaceable because they have fond memories attached to them.  A houseful of "stuff" can be a lifetime of reminiscing strolling from room to room. Our life experiences are so much more than the things we accumulate.  But, how can we figure out how to part with certain things without a sense of loss and work toward reaching downsizing goals? Where do you start?  Well, we have some tips that may help start the process and give you momentum along the way...

What's new...
As we are growing into new states, I wanted to stress our commitment to a truly comprehensive website. We list EVERY senior living and care provider at no charge; and each provider can also update their availability at no charge. Most importantly- families and referral sources can search and share resources without ever adding their email or personal details.

While the site is free for all basic listings, many providers have asked about adding their marketing photos, videos, brochures, social media links, etc. We have now added a feature for providers to easily upgrade to a Premium account with a click of a button. Once a provider has claimed their listing, their "dashboard" will look similar to the image shown above. Providers can select a monthly, 6 month or annual subscription option. We are working daily to make the site efficient for both families and the providers that serve you. Please do me a favor, and let the providers know you found them on CareAvailability.com.

Utah is nicknamed The Beehive State, to symbolize hard work and industry. A beehive can be found on Utah's state flag and state seal, and the state insect of Utah is the honeybee.

The name "Utah" originates from the Native American "Ute" tribe which means people of the mountains.
