CareAvailability Dashboard Updates for Providers: Quick Edit/Update All Coming Soon!

We’re excited to share that improvements have been made for providers to update their availability more quickly and easily. Providers with multiple locations can now “Update All Availability to Today” for all listings with ONE click. The goal is to save time, and for families to view more up-to-date availability.

Additionally, we have added Analytics for providers to view and pull stats for their listings to help track engagement and performance. Some of the analytics are only tracked for premium accounts, such as: clicks on social media, website, and mobile calls (we only started tracking these in August). These enhancements are part of our ongoing commitment to make CareAvailability more efficient and user-friendly for everyone.

For Families using our site, we hope that these time saving updates will encourage more providers to update more frequently. If you find a provider on our site and they have not updated their availability, please encourage them to do so. Updated listings make the site a better resource for all of us.
