Case Management Week is October 8th! Our team is very excited to have been able to coordinate with so many providers in the community this month to support hospital case managers. We are coordinating the case management week for more than 1,000 case managers at 40 hospitals from Everett, WA to Medford, OR. Typically more than 150 providers in several cities donate items valued less than $10/each to recognize the hard work of local case managers. Thank you to everyone who is participating this year!
