Puget Sound Monthly Marketing Update - March 2021
It is hard to believe it is March already, and that means that all of us have been through a full year of quarantine. That’s a lot. A lot of emotions, sacrifice, distant learning, mask-wearing, isolation, and so much more. But it has also been a time to see so much kindness, sharing, and resilience-thank you to all the helpers out there.
This past week our team moved out of the office we shared for the past 5 years and into a new space. It was emotional for me to take a few moments to reflect on everything that we have been through in those years: company growth, a global pandemic, cancer diagnosis, death of a team member and friend, moves, new relationships, kids going to new schools, and so much more. It reminds me that the only thing constant is CHANGE. My team and I continue to pedal like crazy, but I feel confident that we are going in the right direction, and we have each other.
We are prepping the guide for print and proofing this week, and the guide will hit the streets very soon, on April 1st. I am forever grateful to have the opportunity to work with you, and your company… now and even more so in the future.

The goal of this meeting is to improve communication between case management and community providers, especially related to readmissions and start of care following a hospital visit.
-Users- 160% increase from 1,355 to 3,515 users
-New users- 202% increase from 1,026 to 3,101 new users
-Searches- 6.5% increase in search volume
-Profile visits- 97.5% increase in Profiles clicked from 320(Jan) to 632(Feb)
-Contact forms submitted- 133% increase in contact forms submitted
