Mid-Willamette Valley Monthly Marketing Update- August 2023Our team is in the final wrap-up before we print our annual guide. We have collected most of the new ad copy and are finalizing the changes for the housing and homecare grid listings. If you have any corrections to share with us, please do so this week. As always, I appreciate any referrals you can share for potential advertisers. We are honored to be the official resource for the Alzheimers Association, as well as several hospitals and area agencies on aging. If you know a business that wants to connect with seniors and their families- we are a one-stop shop with print, online, and networking. Thank you in advance for helping us continue to grow.
We hope you can join us Tomorrow for the Transitions of Care Hospital Case Management & Provider Meeting at 11:30 am on ZOOM. The goal of this meeting is to improve communication between hospital case management and community providers. This ZOOM call provides thirty minutes of engagement with hospital case management staff, followed by 15 minutes of provider discussion if needed. Last month we had 115 attendees on this call!

Is your listing on CareAvailability presentation ready? Why do we ask? We have spent the past month presenting the site to countless case management/discharge planning teams at various hospitals, and we really want to showcase your listing! However, YOU need to be sure you are updating regularly! If you have not updated, you are not appearing in the search
results when we show hospital teams how to find local availability. Help us help you! Please reach out to support@careavailability.com with questions.

“The sorrow we feel when we lose a loved one is the price we pay to have them in our lives.”― Rob Liano
My husband passed away last month after a long battle with Cancer. Although it is a very harsh adjustment to no longer have in our lives, the memories with him are worth the loss we feel today. We are not just feeling the void of his presence, but all of the future experiences he will not be a part of: kid's graduations, future weddings, celebrations, family trips, or his daily words of wisdom. The loss we feel is a testament to the legacy he leaves and his lifelong contributions.
